Diversco’s customized outsourced services programs include turnkey management of janitorial, security guard, grounds maintenance, food plant sanitation and related services for commercial and industrial clients in thirty states. Annual sales at acquisition: $60 million.	Using an industry-leading systems platform, Diversco will manage and perform a variety of facilities services under one roof or across the country. It will leverage large national accounts to expand its service territory and will seek complementary tuck-in acquisitions to accelerate profitable growth.
Eatem Foods Co. Vineland, NJ February 2010	Eatem Foods, headquartered in Vineland, NJ, is a developer and manufacturer of flavoring ingredients sold to industrial food manufacturers and foodservice companies. Eatem’s flavor systems and bases can be found in various end products including retail branded products, private label products and foodservice and restaurant menus. Annual Sales at acquisition: $40 million.	LinCap partnered with the founders and management of Eatem to recapitalize the business and build on its 25-year history of growth. Eatem will continue to leverage its strong reputation and commitment to innovation, quality and service to pursue both organic and add-on growth opportunities. With expanding capabilities and product offerings, the vision for Eatem is to build on its leadership position and trends in the market to be a value-added partner for its customers.
Harden Manufacturing Corporation Haleyville, AL February 2006	Harden is a leading manufacturer and importer of quality promotional and moderately-priced wood furniture, including bedroom suites, dining room sets, entertainment centers and curios. The company sells to a diverse set of furniture retailers across the United States served from manufacturing and distribution facilities in Alabama. Annual sales at acquisition: $77 million.	LinCap partnered with the owners and management of Harden with a shared vision for growth. The company seeks to increase its penetration beyond its core markets in the Southeast and to continue to extend its product offerings to complementary areas of the home. Such growth will come both organically and through acquisition.
Home Décor Holding Company Southaven, MS June 2004	Home Décor brings together Patton Picture Company and Jimco Lamps to provide a collection of portable lamps, wall décor and other decorative accessories. The companies were combined as a platform for home décor products sold to mass merchants and large home décor retailers across the United States and Canada. The company has domestic operations in Pennsylvania, Mississippi and Arkansas and leverages an extensive global supply chain, including a sourcing office in China. Annual sales at acquisition: $90 million.	LinCap partnered with the founders of Patton and management at Jimco with a vision of creating a leading provider of home décor products offering uniquely valuable service to retail customers seeking scale, coordinated design capabilities, and unparalleled logistical support for their home décor merchandise. The company will seek complementary add-on acquisitions that add to that capability.
