LinCap partnered with the founders of Patton and StyleCraft with a vision of creating a leading provider of home décor products offering uniquely valuable service to retail customers seeking scale, coordinated design capabilities, and unparalleled logistical support for their home décor merchandise. The company will seek complementary add-on acquisitions that add to that capability; Jimco Lamps, based in Bono, Arkansas and a sourcing office in China, was added to the platform in 2005.
